Originally from Pamplona (north of Spain), I graduated in Fine Art in Cuenca (Spain). I started my career as an editorial photographer and after winning the Young Artist Award in Navarre, I decided to move to London to extend my studies at Central Saint Martins. I also joined Claire Alexander’s  workshop where I found my passion towards illustration. In 2014, I signed up with PlumPudding Illustration Agency with whom I gained a lot of experience in working with different publishers and now I am working freelance. I have always been fascinated by child development, aiming to create a fun, didactic body of work that would be meaningful for children. I have a rich and varied diet that comprises mostly art books, children’s classics, science manuals and radio programs of explorers.
